Whiteleather - possibly Clarissa Whiteleather and likely related to the dry goods store that a member of the family ran at the time.
Showing minor signs of wear from use and handling consistent with its age. Expected fold creases from posting. Fold-overs, tears and paper losses along the bottom edge. Elsewhere, no major issues to note. All text are legible. Eye-catching illustrated building / busy street vignette, bold header typefaces & fonts. Overall, in fair to good condition.
