Scarce Group of 10 c1918 Butte, MT Mining Employee Hire / Fire Record Cards
On 4" x 6" card stock. Basic mining laborers employee info such as age, country of origin, job position, along with a chronological list that starts with the hire date, then every time he took leave or returned to work - and why. On the reverse are fill-in fields that go out 3 months to record daily work volume / hour activity as well as little colored dots on some cards - no doubt a coding system.
The exact mine is uncertain but is thought to be in the Butte, MT area. Showing only minor signs of age and handling. Few, if any fold creases, tears or loss. These cards will display well in your collection. You will receive the exact cards shown in the photos.
These will be shipped securely in rigid mailer via USPS First Class mail service with a tracking number. The shipping cost for the first purchase is $4.00 and no extra cost for additional small flat items like postcard, booklet, pamphlet, letterhead and stock certificate purchases shipped in the same package.
