Showing minor signs of wear and handling consistent with its age - mostly creasing along the right edge. Elsewhere, No tears or loss. Mostly clean surfaces. Overall, in good condition. Included is the postal return card in the last 2 photos. Will display well in your collection. Opened, it measures approx. 8" x 16 1/2"
