Cover is 10% detached. Showing minor signs of age, wear and handling. Cover and pages are clean, the colors are vibrant and pages are all firmly bound. The cover is in good condition and the pages are in very good condition. There may be other differences between this "variation 1" and other examples - the main difference that I noticed is the back cover page has at it's bottom, a graphic of 2 boys and an area for the local merchant's info. I have another version ("2") where these two elements don't exist. It measures approx. 7 1/2" x 11 1/4"
