*"We Do Our Part” was the slogan of the National Recovery Administration (NRA), a federal agency established in 1933 by President Franklin D. Roosevelt as part of his New Deal program to help the United States recover from the Great Depression. The slogan was often displayed below the NRA's symbol, a blue eagle, to encourage consumers to feel like they were part of a collective effort. The NRA also launched a public relations campaign that included popular events, such as a parade in New York City, and urged consumers to only shop at stores that displayed the NRA's blue eagle (source - Wikipedia)
Steel construction. Wrinkled ribbon with damage including a tear along the bottom. Button is showing barely any signs of wear and handling consistent with its age. Very minor, if any scuffs / scratches. No cracks or dents or any other major issues to note. Colors are vibrant. Back is clean. Overall, the button is in very good condition.
