Very light card stock cover. Showing minor signs of wear and handling consistent with its age. Cover and some first pages torn at the top edge. Cover and all pages tightly string-bound. Mostly very clean throughout. No other issues to note. All text are legible. Overall, in good to very good condition. Will display well in your collection.
