Miller Lock Co. Philadelphia Samuel Wang Co* N. Georgetown 1912 Billhead & Cover
*Samuel Wang - in 1884, at age 14, Samuel moved to Louisville, OH for 3 years to learn what would be his trade for several years to come before returning to North Georgetown, OH - the stove and tinware trade. He had a business in place as early as 1887 and was considered to be a "safe and reliable workman" One of his specialties was handling and installing the Alliance pump. He died on July 4th 1950 at the age of 80, and was buried in the town where he spent most of his life in North Georgetown.
Showing minor signs of wear from use and handling consistent with its age. Billhead with expected fold creases from posting. Elsewhere, no issues to note. Cover with expected tear opening at edge and small bottom left corner tear. All text are legible. Eye-catching illustrated lock vignettes and bold header type faces / fonts. Overall, in good to very good condition. You will receive the exact cover and billhead shown in the photos. Will display well in your collection. The billhead measures approx. 5 1/4" x 8 1/2"
This will ship securely in a poly sleeve, sandwiched in chipboard inside a rigid mailer via USPS Ground Advantage service with a tracking number. The shipping cost for the first purchase is $4.00 and no extra cost for other additional items that can be shipped in the same package.
