Welcome to my listing for:
Kingsford's Oswego Corn Starch / "Silver Gloss" Laundry 1895 Buford Billhead
Simeon R. Buford opened the region’s largest grocery store in Virginia City, Montana in 1878. Buford’s was the supply point for most of southwestern Montana, including the infant “Butte City.” In later years, Butte’s huge warehouses would, in turn, supply Buford’s own business. The store would become one of the most successful in Virginia City history, operating well into the 1920s
Showing minor signs of wear consistent with its age. Top edge tears and losses. Expected fold creases and related surface creases from posting. Elsewhere, no tears or loss. Overall, in fair to good condition. Will display well in your collection. It measures approx. 4" x 7 1/2"
You will receive the exact example shown in the photos. **Ships securely, folded at existing creases, in a poly bag, sandwiched with chipboard inside a flat rigid mailer**
