*Richardson & Barnum operated a blast furnace at North Canaan, CT that had a daily output of approx. 9 tons - much of which went into the manufacturing of railroad car wheels. There appears to have been no family or business connections to P.T. Barnum.
On thin paper stock. Showing signs of wear and handling consistent with its age. Very little surface creases throughout. Small, if any edge tears and paper losses. Otherwise, no major tears or other issues to note. Eye-catching locomotive and cars header vignette. Overall, in good to very good condition. Will display well in your collection. You will receive the exact certificate as seen in the photos. It measures approx. 7 3/4" x 7 3/4"
