C.A. Rowell - Established in 1903 and was the first black-owned department store in the United States. In December of 2023, there was a ribbon-cutting ceremony to open the repurposed building that now is home to 94 apartment units.
Very scarce. Showing barely any signs of wear and handling consistent with its age. Corners and edges are firm, with no wear, creases or softness. Colors are vibrant. Overall, in very good condition. Will display well in your collection. You will receive the exact card shown in the photos. It measures approx. 3 1/2" x 5 1/2"
