Rough edge cut oversized textured cover showing minor signs of wear and handling consistent with it's age - mostly tiny tears and general wear.
The adhesive has dried on the tipped-in panel behind the front cover - having the panel, which is in very good condition, detached from the cover. A very easy repair.
All 12 pages are present, have minimal toning, are tightly staple bound, are clean with no tears, folds, creases, loss and are in very good condition. Will display well in your collection. You will receive the exact example in the photos. The cover measures approx. 10" x 13" The pages slightly less.
