Very scarce. Showing barely any signs of wear consistent with its age. Expected fold creases from posting. Tiny top edge left corner tear. Elsewhere, no tears, folds, creases or loss. Eye-catching header type faces / fonts. Two signatures and legible penmanship. Overall, good to in very good condition. Will display well in your collection. It measures approx. 6 5/8" x 10 3/8"
