Scarce. Showing minor signs of wear and handling consistent with its age. Expected fold creases from posting. Punch hole cancels. Certificate is cleanly adhesive affixed back on to its register - which has an affixed receipt - which is nearly half affixed to the register at the top half - however, you can lift the bottom part of the receipt to view some of the register detail. No tears or any other major issues to note. Eye-catching illustrated Native American / railroad vignette and radiant line security underprint. Overall, in good condition. Will display well in your collection. You will receive the exact certificate shown in the photos. It measures approx. 8 1/4" x 13"
