Whiteleather - possibly Clarissa Whiteleather and likely related to the dry goods store that a member of the family ran at the time.
Showing minor signs of wear from use and handling consistent with its age. Expected fold creases from posting. Top left corner fold-over. Elsewhere, no major issues to note. All text are legible. Eye-catching mixed bold header typefaces & fonts. Overall, in good to very good condition. You will receive the exact sheet shown in the photos. Will display well in your collection.
