In May of 1903, The McDermott hotel hosted Teddy Roosevelt - at some point, while in town, he met up with an old friend, Seth Bullock.
Very scarce - little, if any original items connected to this hotel are available for sale. Sheet appears to have been used to calculate some non-hotel business, perhaps.
Some signs of wear or handling consistent with its age. Expected fold creases from posting. Elsewhere, no major unexpected stains, tears, holes, folds, creases or paper loss. Eye-catching bold header logo art. Overall, mostly clean and in fair to good condition. You will receive the exact sheet shown in the photos. It measures approx. 5 1/2" x 9 1/4"
