Cover has surface / text loss near the bottom, a 1 1/2" tear at top of spine, smaller tears at the bottom of the spine - but all spine still holds all pages firmly. Elsewhere, no other major issues to note. All text are legible. Overall, in good (and overlooking the spine issues) very good condition. Will display well in your collection. You will receive the exact catalog shown in the photos. Closed, it measures approx. 5" x 7 3/8"
