After several decades in an envelope, with barely any signs of wear or handling consistent with their age. Cover with has reverse embossed borders and text - has light bottom right corner stain. Elsewhere, no unexpected tears, folds, creases or paper loss. All text are legible. Clean and in very good condition. You will receive the exact items shown in the photos (except the obit) Closed, the booklet measures approx. 3 1/2" x 6 1/4" **Ships as found - in the envelope**
