A single sheet that arrived along with several c1922-25 Opium order forms. I have the opium forms listed separately.
Showing only minor signs of wear consistent with its age - mostly light toning. Top right corner pinhole. Fold-over along the bottom edge. One slight fold crease from posting. Other minor surface creases throughout. No tears or loss. All text are legible. Overall, in good to very good condition. Will display well in your collection. It measures approx. 4 1/2" x 7"
You will receive the exact example shown in the photos. **Ships securely (possibly folded at an existing crease) in a poly bag, sandwiched with chipboard inside a flat rigid mailer**
