Aluminum - with black enamel filled incised text.
Appears to have been secured by rivets, then pried off - causing bends to the plate - mostly near the top hole. Otherwise, minor scratches / scuffing and wear throughout. No other major issues to note. All text are legible. Overall in good condition. You will receive the exact medallion shown in the photos. Will display well in your collection. At its widest points, it measures approx. 2 1/4" x 3 1/4"
