Original. The 1933 is showing only minor signs of wear and handling consistent with its age. Cover and all pages are tightly staple-bound and with mostly light, if any toning and no issues to note. All text are legible. Overall, in good to very good condition. Will display well in your collection. You will receive the exact booklet shown in the photos. Closed, it measures approx. 6" x 9 1/2" Included is the 1920 edition - Its heavily toned and very brittle - in very poor condition - but has a very cool back cover "Dr. Miles Anti Pain Pills" worth hanging onto (see very last photo)
