1904 Butte, MT Eugene Carroll - Silver Bow Tax Receipt
Eugene Carroll was a graduate of the U.S. Naval academy (1881) went on to build and manage The Butte Water Company beginning in 1891 until his retirement in 1944.
Tax receipt - also received from Eugene Carroll, is in exceptional condition for having been stored in it's own protective ledger folded cover sheet - custom made for Eugene Carroll, Agent. The cover sheet is also in the same exceptional condition with no issues to note. Both feature clear, legible writing. It's fastened with a clip onto the folder. Will display very well in your collection.
When folded, the cover measures approx. 3 1/2" x 8 1/4 and the receipt, 5 1/2" x 7 1/2". You will receive the exact example shown in the photos.
This will be shipped securely in rigid mailer via USPS First Class mail service with a tracking number. The shipping cost for the first purchase is $4.00 and no extra cost for additional small flat items like other check, postcard, booklet, pamphlet, letterhead and stock certificate purchases shipped in the same package.
