Eugene Carroll was a graduate of the U.S. Naval academy (1881) went on to build and manage The Butte Water Company beginning in 1891 until his retirement in 1944.
Showing minor signs of wear and handling consistent with it's age. No fold creases from posting. No tears or loss. In very good condition. Eye-catching type face / font. Will display very well in your collection. You will receive the exact example shown in the photos. It measures approx. 3 1/4" x 8 3/8"
