In 1890, M.H. Keefe was awarded a contract to build a railway tunnel 15 miles west of Leadville in a hamlet named Busk, as well as other nearby tunnel projects.
On watermarked laid paper stock. Showing barely any signs of wear and handling consistent with its age. Slight fold creases from posting. No tears or loss. Eye-catching slender type face / font and long item list in consistent legible hand writing. In good to very good condition. You will receive the exact example shown in the photos. It measures approx. 8" x 10 3/4"
