In 1890, M.H. Keefe was awarded a contract to build a railway tunnel 15 miles west of Leadville in a hamlet named Busk, as well as other nearby tunnel projects.
On watermarked paper stock. Showing barely any signs of age and handling consistent with its age. Slight fold creases from posting. No tears or loss. Very clean surface and edges. Eye-catching large detailed illustrated railroad header vignette, clear bold hand writing and mixed type faces / fonts. In very good condition. You will receive the exact example shown in the photos. It measures approx. 6 7/8" x 8 1/8"
