Showing minor signs of wear consistent with its age. Cover is present but mostly detached at the spine. All pages are present, tightly staple-bound with the first and last page 1/3 detached - and all are in good to very good condition. It all holds together fairly well and should be a simple repair if desired. A previous collector had affixed an address label to the top of the inside front cover (not pictured for privacy) Overall, in good condition.
