Showing minor signs of wear from use and handling consistent with its age - mostly staining at the top half of the front page. Otherwise, no issues to note. Legible hand writing. Copious list of names and amounts bought. Overall, in good condition. You will receive the exact billhead and cover shown in the photos. Will display well in your collection. Appears to be a "double sheet" that measures approx. 12 1/2" x 16"
