Showing minor signs of wear and handling consistent with its age. Expected fold creases from posting. Light toning / staining. No major issues to note. Eye-catching form layout and copious payment notes on the reverse. Mostly clean throughout. Will display well in your collection. Overall, in good to very good condition.
