In exceptional condition for having been affixed on it's left edge after return from the bank, into it's own protective ledger folded cover sheet - custom made for Eugene Carroll, Agent - whom wrote and hand signed the check. The cover sheet is also in the same exceptional condition with no issues to note. Both feature clear, legible writing. The check is ink stamped \"Paid\" and is hole-punched voided. Included is a tax statement \/ receipt - which is fastened with a clip onto the folder. The right edge of the tax receipt has slight creasing along the right edge where it extends beyond the cover's protection. Will display very well in your collection.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eWhen folded, the cover measures approx. 3 1\/2\" x 8 1\/4 and the check slightly less. the statement \/ receipt measures approx. 8 1\/2\" x 9 1\/8\".
